What a crappy day

Today I decided to take the 7 day Marriage challenge. You post one positive thing on facebook about your spouse, it is supposed to bring you together or some crap. I jump right in! 
Do you think the man I am married to says one thing about the "nice" status I posted about him? 
No! He comments on a status update about a dog somebody dumped off in front of our house. 
So instead of this being a good day, full of love for my dear Husband, I spent the day pissed off with my feelings hurt.
Men are so stupid, why do we even make an effort? 
Way back when they had something to lose, it's all sunshine and roses, now it's did I get the lawn mowed and don't spend any money. 
Grrrr!
I do love my Husband don't get me wrong and if I didn't think HE would get his feelings hurt I would delete all the nonsense about a Marriage challenge of the dang Facebook.
But, I am all about his feelings.
Well, tomorrow I will post day two of the "Seven Day Marriage Challenge" and he'll have another chance to hurt my feelings, I guess I need to just suck it up and finish out the seven days and never do something that stupid again.

Really? Or "My Son said NO"

I mentioned in passing, yesterday, I should start a blog.
My Son said "Uh, NO!"
Why not? I ask the ungrateful one. He wants to know, what I would even write about. 
I don't know, My chickens?  He looks at me as if I have lost my mind.
No chickens. My Grand Children, I ask.  All he says is "Really".
How about my experience going back to school after 30 years, I believe this is news worthy, again the look.
My horseback adventures in the mountains? He shakes is head, closes his laptop and goes home.
Well it's about time! I think I have chosen a path for my newly born blog!
The best way to continue to harass your children, once they become adults!
